The practical picture is dominated by stock. At the time of writing the Cirro 12000 BTU is sold out with a restock date of March 2027, the Cirro+ 14000 BTU and Cirro+ 16000 BTU are sold out with a restock date of April 2027, and the Cirro 12000 BTU heater version is sold out with a restock date of October 2026⁴. Window kits, venting and what comes in the box

Every Cirro and Cirro+ model ships with two window kits: one standard and one flexible⁴. The standard kit uses three plates measuring 65 cm, 65 cm and 51 cm, combining to 170 cm, while the flexible kit reaches up to 39 cm in width and up to 4 m in length⁴. The same wording appears on the Cirro 12000 BTU, the Cirro 12000 BTU heater version, the Cirro+ 14000 BTU, the Cirro+ 16000 BTU and both MeacoCool MC Series Pro models⁴.

A distributor quotes a lower figure for the Meaco Pro line: 27p per hour in cooling mode for both the 9000 BTU and 8000 BTU models with heating, based on 27.03p per kWh¹⁰. The gap between 27p and 46p reflects both the smaller capacity of those units and the electricity price the figure is calculated against, which Meaco does not state on its own pages. The figures track cooling power consumption directly: 1350 W, 1550 W and 1750 W⁴. The naming is the one thing to watch. What Meaco cooling means for energy independence

A Meaco portable air conditioner does one thing for a household's independence: it needs no installer, no outdoor unit and no refrigerant engineer, so the decision to cool a room stays entirely with the occupant.
